Friday Featured: Nina Friday

Many of you have asked me about the artwork that you see behind me on some of my YouTube videos, so this week our Friday Featured spotlights Nina Friday.

Nina Friday, is a Russian born self taught full time artist and musician. Per her bio she is inspired by antique shops, forgotten photographs, mood swings, black and white movies, nature , music, memories of childhood in  Russia and everything else in between.

I stumbled across Nina’s art through a Facebook friend and once I saw her stuff I instantly knew I had to have some. Currently I’m in the process of having some prints framed but keep watching my YouTube channel because I plan to do a video soon that will show you what lives on my wall.

Great Art is to be shared and enjoyed by everyone so thats why Nina is my pick this week.

Playstation Vita Delayed Until 2012

It’s official, the PS Vita has been delayed until sometime in calendar year 2012 (US & EU).  Japan will still see the Vita this holiday season (December 2011).

Sony Computer Entertainment’s CEO Kaz Hirai did not give any indication of a specific release date outside of the 2012 calendar year however, he did state that the original pricing announced at E3 this past year should not change ($249.99 & $299.99).

So there you have it. With the delay of the PS Vita and the Nintendo 3DS dropping in price does this change your mind on what portable gaming device to buy?

It would seem it’s Nintendo’s holiday to potentially win (at least in the hand held market).
